About this Camino
The coastal route, hugging the Bay of Biscay from Irún on the French border through the Basque Country, Cantabria and Asturias. Sea cliffs, fishing harbours and beaches, with San Sebastián, Bilbao and Santander on the way. Quieter and more rugged than the Francés, with more climbing — and the sea almost always in view.
